BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! An afternoon of family fun this Halloween weekend with a live owls display show, family magic and themed afternoon tea.

£35 per adult, £25 per child, £115 par family (2 adults, 2 children)

Forget life as a Muggle this Halloween and come be a Wizard for the afternoon while indulging in a traditional Halloween themed afternoon tea too!

The beautiful owls from The Owl Academy will dazzle you with their flying show prior to the afternoon tea service in the Heritage Suite.

While the adults get to enjoy our exquisite traditional afternoon tea all to themselves, children will be served their very own themed Afternoon Tea.

Menu below. Dietary requirements must be highlighted in advance and will be catered for accordingly.

Which house will you belong to? Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff or Slytherin? Maybe you’ll have the chance to find out!

Children can then enjoy their first day at Hogwarts as our very own Professor SamTastic stages a fun and exciting magical show from approximately 2.45pm.

Guests will be seated on tables of ten. Only parties of 8 are guaranteed private tables.

The price for the afternoon is £35 per adult and £25 per child to include the afternoon tea and entertainment. A family of 2 adults and 2 children qualify for a £115 family ticket. Children not requiring catering (under 2) will be charged a £10 entry fee.

To confirm your booking, a £10 non-refundable deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full payment required 1 month prior.

Information

Unless otherwise stated, a £10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone, bank transfer or payment link on request. 

Please note that Hempstead House no longer accepts cash on the premises. All purchases on site must be made by card payments only.

Please note all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group including reduced attendance, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

All cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

 

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

 

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
