Rooms & Suite
Each guest room is brimming with its own special character and individually designed and most elegantly finished
All the rooms are tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped featuring Smart HD televisions, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee , hair dryers and ironing equipment. Each one is en-suite and includes use of plush bathrobes and Pevonia toiletries. The original house has 18 bedrooms which are accessed by its original staircase, with 15 bedrooms in our newer wing catering for accessibility with lift access in addition to stairs, and 2 ground floor accessible accommodation options including our spacious Ashby Suite.
Standard
Our Standard Rooms offer cosy accommodation with a double bed in the Victorian Country House wing of the hotel, and feature modern ensuite bathrooms with either walk in shower or shower over bath (rooms vary). They all have desks if you're staying with us for business. All rooms have Wi-Fi access and are non-smoking, with some featuring air conditioning.
Please note that our Standard Rooms are all stair accessible only, up to 2 floors.
Superior
These spacious rooms in our Victorian Country House wing all feature king sized beds and have beautiful views over the gardens and surrounding countryside. They are suitable for either our business guests or private guests, with modern ensuite bathrooms offering either walk in shower or bath (rooms vary). All rooms have Wi-Fi access and are non-smoking.
Please note that our Superior Rooms are all stair accessible only, up to 2 floors.
Executive
Our Executive Rooms are large airy rooms featuring either a super king sized bed or can be split and set as twin bedded rooms per your preference. Ideal for business guests and families alike, Executive Rooms have ample space to work, all having a good sized desk with lighting, and some can accommodate up to 2 children to join parent(s). Executive Rooms offer a little luxury to our guests to enjoy the extra space, or getting the family together to explore Kent! All rooms have Wi-Fi access and are non-smoking, with some featuring air conditioning.
Executive rooms are spread across the hotel in both the newer wing and the traditional Victorian Country House, some therefore with stair access only up to 2 floors.
Deluxe
Perfect for anyone celebrating their wedding or special occasion; these grand rooms all feature super king sized beds with wall canopies and some in the Victorian wing are furnished with antiques. Our Deluxe Rooms are thoughtfully co-ordinated with soft furnishings, each having its own tasteful style and colour scheme. Relax in a jacuzzi jet bath with shower over top in the ensuites. Most Deluxe Rooms offer flexibility to have bed split to twin beds as required, with some also able to accommodate one or two children to treat the whole family. All rooms have Wi-Fi access and are non-smoking.
Deluxe Rooms are situated across the hotel with some in the newer wing and a few within the Victorian Country House, some therefore with stair access only (1st floor).
The Ashby Suite
A luxury ground floor suite comprising large bedroom, ensuite and contemporary open plan lounge and fully fitted kitchen with 2 ovens, microwave, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and ample workspace, offering double aspect views of beautiful grounds. The bedroom features a super king-sized bed, abundant storage, and a delightful window seat in the bay window with garden views. The spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double basins. Our Ashby Suite can accommodate up to 4 guests by using the sofa bed in the living area.
The Ashby Suite is suitable for wheelchair access and guests with disabilities.
