Jazz Lunch

Celebrate summer in the glorious sunshine of Hempstead House Hotel’s lawns and soak in the atmosphere as we take you to New Orleans with our popular Jazz Lunch!

£45.00

per person to include glass of pimms, canapes, roast lunch, coffee with petit fours and entertainment

We invite you to sip a glass of Pimm's and nibble on some canapes while you enjoy the traditional Dixieland sound of The Golden Eagle Jazz Band from 12.30pm within the grounds of the hotel.

Tables are then available for a traditional roast lunch followed by coffee and petit fours in the Lakes or Bloors Restaurants from approximately 1.15pm while the sounds of jazz continue to drift through from the gardens throughout the afternoon.

Children also welcome at £22.50 per child.

Information

Unless otherwise stated, a £10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone, bank transfer or payment link on request. 

Please note that Hempstead House no longer accepts cash on the premises. All purchases on site must be made by card payments only.

Please note all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group including reduced attendance, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

All cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

 

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

 

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
