Ever wanted to run away with the circus? Well now maybe here’s your chance! This summer we are treating you to a fabulous outdoor circus masterpiece!

Join us for a PICNIC AFTERNOON TEA - WHERE KIDS EAT FREE! Inclusive of unlimited tea, filter coffee or squash.

Sit back, relax and be wowed by the amazing acts in a 30 minute exclusive performance in our gardens. Includes Acrobats, Jugglers and Magicians to the music from The Greatest Showman!

THEN IT'S YOUR TURN! Learn from the best with a CIRCUS WORKSHOP from the professionals themselves!

Timings

ITINERARY:

12.30pm -1.00pm: Guests Arrival

1.00pm - 3.30pm: Let the fun commence! Picnic, Circus Performance and Circus Workshop

Dress Code

Please dress appropriately for our unpredictable British weather as the performance will be outside.

SPECIAL OFFER: Accommodation is available at a reduced B&B rate of £190 (usually £205) double occupancy with children at just an additional £10 each (reduced from £25), to include full use of the AquaManda Spa from check in at 3pm to 5pm on the day of departure.

Guests attending our Special Events may also receive a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability).

Available on either Sunday 27^th or Monday 28^th August 2023.

To confirm a reservation, card details are required and will be held against the booking for cancellation purposes. Accommodation can be settled on arrival with the option to cancel 7 days prior to arrival.

Past Events

Information

Unless otherwise stated, a £10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone, bank transfer or payment link on request.

Please note that Hempstead House no longer accepts cash on the premises. All purchases on site must be made by card payments only.

Please note all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group including reduced attendance, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

All cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
