Bridgerton High Tea

As the much anticipated “Bridgerton” returns to our television screens, we invite you, the gentry and nobility, for a delectable high tea in the sunny gardens of Hempstead House Hotel! “Quite the Social Event of the Year!” as Lady Whistledown would proclaim!

Join us on the lawns of the hotel where we will spoil you with a delicious afternoon tea, with Hempstead House as your beautiful backdrop, while listening to the delightful sounds of a live string quartet performing the popular classical soundtrack of Bridgerton.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Weddington Strings, a professional string quartet to entertain you with the soundtrack from Bridgerton and more while you dine.

Dietary requirements and intolerances can be catered for providing these are highlighted in advance to include gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan afternoon teas.

Private tables will be available as per individual bookings.

Traditional or Sparkling? The price for the afternoon is £35 per adult to include Traditional Afternoon Tea and live music. Sparkling afternoon tea will include a glass of Chapel Down Sparkling Wine at £45 per adult. Children are welcome at £25 per child.

Being an outdoor event, please note that the hotel will not provide shelter. Gazebos are not permitted.“RAIN DOES NOT STOP PLAY!” - Please dress appropriately for our unpredictable British weather as the performance will be planned for outside. In the event of heavy rain, this event will be hosted in the Heritage Suite.
