27 year old Jordan Ravenhill is an up and coming singer and songwriter from Medway, Kent, England. He is known for his soulful voice, heartfelt lyrics, and guitar playing.

Couples and parties of all sizes are welcome in The Heritage Suite, whether it be a romantic table for 2 or a celebration for 10!

Private tables are guaranteed as per individual bookings.

Timings

Guests are invited to take pre-dinner drinks in the Coach House Bar from 7.30pm followed by dinner service from 8pm in the Heritage Suite.

Card details are required at time of booking. Full payment required at check in. Cancellations available up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations recived within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a full cancellation. Card details are required to secure reservations.

Information

Unless otherwise stated, a £10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone, bank transfer or payment link on request. 

Please note that Hempstead House no longer accepts cash on the premises. All purchases on site must be made by card payments only.

Please note all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group including reduced attendance, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

All cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

 

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

 

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
