All bedroom bookings must be confirmed by one of the following methods:-
For private bookings credit or debit card details or full payment online or over the phone. These will not be retained or stored on our system but verified via our secure portal.
All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. If not cancelled prior to 6.00pm on the day before arrival, the full charge will be levied.
All group bookings (ie. 4 rooms +) are subject to a 7 day cancellation policy.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Our check in times are 3.00pm onwards and check out is 11.00 am. Guests may enjoy our spa facilities until 5pm on the day of departure but must vacate their rooms . If an early check in is required this can sometimes be arranged subject to availability. On Sunday a late checkout at 5.00pm is possible, subject to availability, if a reservation is made in the restaurant for Sunday lunch.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash and cheque for payment
Minimum age for guest accomdation of 18 years of age.
Our spa facilities are only available for guests over 16 years of age and to be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age or over.
Hempstead House has the right to amend or terminate any offers without prior notice
Any damage to property of Hempstead House Hotel will be liable to the Primary name on the reservation or booking.
