The countdown for Christmas has really begun and we can’t wait to join in with all the fun and excitement with your little ones!

We’re all super excited at Hempstead House Hotel! We’ve made the Good List again!

Father Christmas will be sitting by his fire, waiting exclusively for you to remind him of your special request for Christmas Day. If you’ve made the good list too, we’re sure a Special Gift will be waiting for you!

You’re private table will then be waiting for you in Lakes Restaurant where a delicious Festive Themed Tea will be served. Menu below.

Uh Oh! One of Santa’s Elves is up to his magical tricks again! Be prepared to be entertained at your table with this magical spirit, for some additional fun and laughter, while you dine.

Before you go, don’t forget to see Mother Christmas and prepare your reindeer feed ready for Christmas Eve!

£35 per person of all ages. Children under 2, not requiring catering will be granted a £15 entry fee. Babies welcome free of charge (gift not included)

Exclusive arrival times are available every 10 minutes between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.

Please ensure children's details are submitted at time of booking to include name, age and gender.

Bookings are limited for this “one off event” and we expect it to prove very popular, so please don’t delay in booking to avoid disappointment!

What's On

Information

Unless otherwise stated, a £10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone, bank transfer or payment link on request. 

Please note that Hempstead House no longer accepts cash on the premises. All purchases on site must be made by card payments only.

Please note all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group including reduced attendance, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

All cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

 

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

 

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
