Create your own wooden toy with our Head Elf Toy Maker in the Wooden Toy Workshop.
Meet Mother Christmas and prepare your reindeer feed for Christmas Eve, all before meeting the man in red himself!
Father Christmas will be sitting by his fire in our new erected Castle, waiting for you to remind him of your special request for Christmas Day. If you’ve made the good list too, we’re sure a Special Gift will be waiting for you!
It’s back into the gardens to hunt for our missing Gingerbread Men while you warm up with a glass of mulled wine or hot chocolate and enjoy a delicious Burger or Hot Dog, fresh from the Elf’s Grill!
£27.50 per person of all ages. A family of 2 adults and 2 children qualify for a £99 family ticket. Children under 2, not requiring catering will be granted a £10 entry fee.
Exclusive arrival times are available every 10 minutes between 3pm and 6.30pm.
The experience will last approximately 1 hour.

At this time of uncertainty, we want you to book with confidence. Therefore please note, that while payments are non-refundable, under the current circumstances, cancellations due to Covid by the hotel or yourself received up to 3 days prior will be entitled to a full credit voucher to utilise another time towards any service or alternative event at Hempstead House, valid for a full 12 months from the issue date. Cancellations received within 72 hours of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.
