All bedroom bookings must be confirmed by one of the following methods:-
For company bookings Fax or email (or credit card details if prefered)
For private bookings Credit card details or full payment on line
All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. If not cancelled prior to 6.00pm on the day before arrival, the full charge will be levied.
All group bookings (ie. 4 rooms +) are subject to a 7 day cancellation policy.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Our check in times are 1.00pm onwards and check out is 11.00 am. If an early check in is required this can usually be arranged subject to availability. On Sunday a late checkout at 5.00pm is possible, subject to availability, if a reservation is made in the restaurant for Sunday lunch.
We accept all credit card payments but regret that there is a surcharge of 3% on American Express and Diners Club.
