As these apartments are owned outright and not on the leaseback agreement, we have complete flexibility as to when we are able to stay.  We stay for at least 8 weeks each season and they also generate in excess of £30,00o in rental income.

Our two bedroom apartment has a delightful double aspect view of both Mont Blanc and The Aiguille Rouge. It is very light airy and spacious, having three large windows and French doors in the living area all overlooking the main street in the village. The furnishings are traditionally alpine and very cosy and warm.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a shower room and separate WC. As well as the twin bedroom, there is a large sofa bed in the living area.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, four ring hob, microwave and high level oven and the dining table seats six comfortably.

Outside the residence has a lovely kidney shaped pool and a jacuzzi. It also has a fully fitted gym area with sauna and steam room. Guests can also use the large indoor/outdoor pool in Prince des Cimes  and the gym and fitness facilities in that residence as well.
