As these apartments are owned outright and not on the leaseback agreement, we have complete flexibility as to when we are able to stay. We stay for at least 8 weeks each season and they also generate in excess of £30,00o in rental income.
This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is right at the top of the last residence in the village to be completed. It has magnificent views over the Bois de Lours from the sitting room balcony and from the balcony outside the main bedroom, you can see the mountain range to the North including Mont Blanc.
This apartment has the benefit of an open fire, large sitting area as well as three good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is large enough to accommodate an extra bed for a child. It has an additional lockable wardrobe for clothes storage as well as a very large owner's cupboard. There is a shower room for the other two bedrooms and also a separate WC with wash basin.
The sitting area has two sofa beds as well as two easy chairs and the dining area will seat eight in comfort. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of storage with a large worktop/servery. There is a dishwasher, four ring hob unit and an oven/grill so catering for a family is very easy.
Outside the residence boasts the largest outdoor heated swimming pool and the largest indoor jacuzzi, both of which overlook Mont Blanc. It also has a fully equipped gym and sauna and steam rooms. Next season will see the opening of the brand new spa within this residence offering a full range of treatments and packages.
All the apartments are ski-in, ski-out and the two main lifts are just below the village. The village has a wealth of shops and restaurants and bars as well as a fantastic ski school, ski/board hire premises and a ski pass office all within very close proximity to the residences. It is ideal for families as there are no cars allowed and a full and varied entertainment programme is offered each week.
