The Heritage Suite’s “Moulin Rouge” New Year Extravaganza

Enjoy an evening of excitement with not only a 5 course dinner but also live entertainment while you dine, featuring can-can girls and popular songs from the infamous musical “Moulin Rouge”. 
Enjoy a classy cocktail at the bar before trying your luck in our Parisian Casino where Black Jack and Roulette were born! 
With a glass of bubbly at midnight and disco ‘til 1am, this is an evening not to be missed!
Parties of all sizes are welcome. Private tables are only guaranteed for parties of 8 or more. Smaller bookings of 2+ are of course welcome and will be placed on joiner tables. Recommended for 12+

The Lakes Restaurant Gala Dinner 

An intimate evening is guaranteed in our beautiful Lakes Restaurant where you will be welcomed with a glass of bubbly on arrival, dined with a sumptuous 7 course dinner and live entertainment with the charismatic vocalist  "Myles the Rhetorical"
Access to the Casino included with a glass of bubbly at midnight before carriages at 12.30am. Black tie preferable but not mandatory.  Maximum tables of 8 only. Larger parties are able to join the Heritage function. Adult only.

Timings

Evenings will commence from 7.30pm for an 8pm dining service followed by live entertainment, with a glass of bubbly at Midnight to welcome the chimes of Big Ben

After an exciting New Year's Eve, indulge in the spa and recuperate in our fire lit lounges before heading home.

A minimum 2 night stay is available at the hotel over the New Year period to includes New Year’s Eve and your choice of Saturday 30th December or Monday 1st January 2024.

THIRD NIGHT FREE OF CHARGE when booking the two night New Year package (to include breakfast only) which can be taken the day before your chosen arrival date above or directly after.

Information

£10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone only. 

Please note that as we return to normality, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

Cancellation for individuals on proof of a positive case of Covid received up to 3 days prior will result in initial loss of deposit. The remaining balance will be issued onto a credit voucher to utilise another time towards any service or alternative event at Hempstead House, valid for a full 3 months from the issue date. 

All non-covid cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
